A 75 min Performance Assessment plus a follow up 60 min treatment session 75 min assessment. The "deep dive" into your body's mechanics, mobility, and strength and how it interacts with your specific golf swing. They start with a quick 17 point Titleist Performance Institute based assessment and then it is off to the golf simulator to identify what and where your body may be limiting your golf specific swing. From there, we take you through a series of muscle and mobility testing to help aid in identification where your true deficiencies are. Following the assessment phase, you get to work! Treatment Session - 60 min. Restore. Rebuild. Reinforce. Following the initial evaluation is where the true work begins on correcting deficiencies, improving movements and strengthening functional mobility. They base these sessions on the clients needs and can include but not limited to body weight, resistance bands, and lightweight work, as well as any soft tissue or mobilization needed. https://midwestgolfperformance.com/
